Margon was founded in 1994 as a boilermaking company with only 4 employees. The business kept growing, because it found a fairly large engineering firm that worked a great deal with the rail sector. That engineering firm had no manufacturing of its own; they only made the drawings and sold them to their customers. But the customers asked them to supply the materials as well, and that is where we came in. The engineering firm made the drawings, we made the material and then the engineering firm sold it to the end customers, such as Talgo. The business kept gaining volume and we reached 7 million in turnover in 2010, the highest to date.
