From drawing to certified part.

Full-cycle metalworking company. Design, engineering, manufacturing and assembly for rail, defence and public works.

Integrated process

One company covers
all five phases

Developing the key processes in-house makes it possible to control every phase of the project without splitting it between suppliers. That is what protects lead times and traceability when the part is critical.

  1. 01
Technical drawing with a pencil on the design table.

    Design

Requirements capture and translation into product design. Specialists in rail toilet modules and metal components.

  2. 02
Monitor showing the 3D model of a modular structure.

    Engineering

Systems integration and co-development with the customer. Application of the technical solution to the specific project.

  3. 03
Cutting head working on sheet metal, with sparks.

    Manufacturing

Cutting, bending, punching, certified welding and CNC machining in our own plant.

  4. 04
Welder with a welding helmet in the workshop.

    Assembly

Pre-assembly of units at Margon's facilities. Qualified staff travel to the customer's workshop when the project requires it.

  5. 05

    After-sales

Support after delivery, throughout the life of the project and its overhauls.

Certification and standards

What these standards qualify us
to weld

A technical buyer does not contract declared capability, but certified capability. These are the approvals currently held and what each one qualifies.

Certified by TÜV

EN 15085-2

Welding of railway vehicles, certification level CL1

Qualifies the welding of railway components of the highest safety criticality, such as underframes, rear end beams and underframe equipment boxes.

Two plants with separate functions

The La Llagosta plant houses the technical offices, unit assembly and operational support. The l'Arboç plant concentrates heavy production: cutting, bending, welding, machining and larger-scale industrial capacity.
